SUBSCRIPTIONS:
How much are the subscriptions?
Recurring quarterly subscriptions are $39.99. All subscriptions will be charged tax.
Can I cancel my quarterly subscription?
Yes, you may opt out of auto-renewal in your Recharge account or by contacting us at helpsupport@essieree.com before your next ship date. For example, if you purchase a subscription on January 22nd, you will receive March’s box, you must cancel your auto renewal by June 21st.
How do I renew my subscription after cancelling?
You can renew by logging into your account and placing a new order.
Are quarterly subscriptions automatically renewed?
Yes, if you would like to cancel your subscription you can log into your Account to cancel. Why was my subscription deactivated?
If we are not able to charge your credit card, your subscription will be deactivated.
Do you have gift subscriptions?
Yes, you can gift a quarterly subscription. (Renews quarterly)
When will my subscription start?
The day of your purchase. If you place a subscription order before the 19th of the shipping month (March, June September, December) you will receive the current quarter’s box. For example, if you place your order on February 18th, your box will ship the last week in March.
My tracking info says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?
From our experience the postal service status isn’t correct, and the package is most likely held at your local post office. Please contact or stop by your local post office for further details on your package.
REFUND POLICY:
How can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with my box?
We are very sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your box. Unfortunately, subscription boxes and limited-edition boxes are not refundable. As hard as we try, we are not able to please everyone each month, but this is a discovery platform to try and sample new products. When you subscribe or purchase a limited-edition box, you are subscribing or purchasing with the knowledge that you will be receiving many different types of products and maybe some won’t work for you. We hear from some of our subscribers and customers that they’re happy to share their products with their friends and family if the products or some of the products don’t work for them that month.
BILLING:
When will I be billed for my quarterly subscription?
Your credit card will be charged on the day you purchase your subscription for your first quarter. You will begin being charged on our regular billing and shipping cycle quarterly (March, June, September, December). This means that you will be billed on the day of your first purchase of each quarter months (March, June, September, December) and you can expect your box to ship the last week of the quarter’s month. The last month of each quarter, your subscription will be auto renewed for the same amount the day of your original order, unless you cancel before it’s set to renew.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
SHIPPING:
When will my box ship?
Subscription boxes ship quarterly, the last week of March (Spring), June (Summer), September (Autumn), and December (Winter). If you’re a new subscriber and you place an order before the 18th of a quarter month. Your order ship between the 24th-28th of that quarter’s month. The cut-off date each month to subscribe and receive the current month’s box is the 18th of the month. For example, if you place an order between September 1st - September 18th, you will receive the September Box; 19th and after, you will receive December’s box.
Pre-curated boxes and other orders are processed and shipped, First Class Mail or Priority Mail, in the order in which they are received. ESSIEREE ships weekly, every Saturday, it may take up to one week before your order ships.
Processing and shipping times are currently taking 5 business days to ship your order.
There might be delays during the busy season. Additionally, the USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.
You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email once your order is shipped.
We are not responsible for delayed packages, packages delivered to the wrong address or lost packages. The best way to find out what may be causing a delay in the delivery of your order after it has been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier (USPS) directly.
How much is shipping?
There are no shipping charges for pre-curated or subscription boxes.
Is there tax charged?
We are required to charge sales tax for boxes shipping.
When will I receive my ESSIEREE Box?
You will receive your box 3-5 days after you receive notification that your box has shipped. There will be a tracking number emailed to you so you may track your shipment.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States territories. We do NOT ship internationally or to military bases outside of the US.
How do I track my package?
You will receive an email when your box ships with your USPS tracking number. Please be sure to add helpsupport@essieree.com and info@essieree.com to your contact list so your email doesn’t go to your Spam Box. Please track your package before contacting Customer Service and if you still have a question, we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
What if my box is sent to the wrong address?
Please be sure that you have provided the correct address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if you’ve provided an incorrect address and your box is delivered to the wrong address. If you’ve entered in the wrong address or need to update your address email us at helpsupport@essieree.com so we can make the adjustment in your account before your box ships. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be held responsible for a shipment to the wrong address if you have entered in an incorrect address. If your box is sent to the wrong address due to you entering in the wrong address, and you would like to have it reshipped, there is a $8.50 shipping fee.
USPS
The USPS is currently experiencing severe shipping and delivery delays that are outside of our control. You must file a claim with the USPS if package is marked “delivered” but not received. If your package does not show up after 7 days, please contact info@essieree.com and we will reship your items with signature confirmation only.
Damaged items, what do I do now?
We are not responsible for damage to your product during transit. We package all items safely and securely. If your items are damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier.

**WHEN UPDATING YOUR ACCOUNT IT IS PREFERABLE TO DO SO ON A DESKTOP COMPUTER. IF USING YOUR PHONE, PLEASE BE SURE SCROLL OVER SO YOU CAN SEE ALL THE OPTIONS TO CANCEL AND MAKE UPDATES.
How do I skip this quarter’s subscription?
Head to your confirmation email or log into your account> Manage Subscriptions > Subscription Box > Skip this month
How do I cancel my subscription?
Head to your confirmation email or log into your account> Manage Subscriptions > Subscription Box > Subscription Box > Cancel Subscription
How do I update my mailing address?
Head to your confirmation email or log into your account > Manage Subscriptions> Subscription Box > Shipping Address. Here you can change your mailing address. Please update your new address by the 18th of the month.
How do I update my credit card information?
If your account is Active: Log into your account > Manage Subscriptions> Subscription Box > Payment Method. Here you can update your credit card information.
